Ms. Gibbs has conducted community outreach for recycling programs and participated in social marketing research projects. She has conducted set out surveys and waste characterization studies. She manages many of SERA’s databases and models, including those focused on equipment in MRFs and curbside collection costs.

Alison Schatz is a Senior Communications Specialist at Metro Vancouver. She leads behavior change campaigns including "Food Scraps Aren't Garbage" (using the green bin) and "What's Your Superhabit?" (reducing single-use items). She has a background in biology and business, and specializes in communications focused on sustainability and behavior change for local government. She shares an office with her dog Charlie.

Nolan Hubbard-Richards has been with SARCAN Recycling for over 10 years and is currently in the role of Communications & Culture Coordinator. Since being in this role, he has worked on several marketing campaigns aimed at bringing more awareness to what SARCAN is and how they operate, getting more containers through the doors at SARCAN, educating customers about the benefits of recycling with SARCAN, and turning non-recyclers into recycling pros!
