As co-founder of the Innovative Assets Group of Companies, Alex has personally invested over $350 million in residential and commercial projects, focusing on continuous improvement of the process. He now guides community-minded non-profits through a repeatable process for successful housing projects, empowering them to accelerate opportunities to serve others.
Alex's shares his knowledge, experience, and desire to give back to the residential construction industry by serving on many boards, including Saskatchewan New Home Warranty, the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders' Association, and Canadian Home Builders' Association.

Adam Corneil is a green builder and entrepreneur with an extensive background in construction. He is a certified Passive House builder and a deconstruction & reclaimed wood expert. He flipped his first house at 16 with his father and founded Naturally Crafted Contracting in 2013. While building homes, Adam saw a need for major changes in the demolition industry, and he launched Unbuilders Deconstruction in January 2018.
