Christina holds a PhD in Engineering Management, a Masters degree in Environmental Design (Environmental Science), as well as a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. She operates sonnevera international corp., a waste reduction consulting firm, and is the current Executive Director of the Recycling Council of Alberta.
Christina loves rural life, choosing to live on a farm near Bluffton, Alberta, where her and her family raise Warmblood horses, and enjoy many other outdoor activities.

Joe was born and raised in the Calgary area and has worked in the waste & recycling industry for 15 years. He completed a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and has been managing the Foothills Regional Landfill & Resource Recovery Centre for six years.
Joe worked at the Foothills Landfill during the 2013 High River flood and saw the devastation and huge demands placed on the landfill after the disaster. He recently completed a Master’s Degree in Environment & Management from Royal Roads University and completed his master’s thesis: Come Hell or High Water: A Comparative Analysis of the 2013 High River Flood Response. This thesis focused on improving disaster debris management practices in Alberta.

Stevyn became Executive Director of Tire Stewardship Saskatchewan in 2020. He has a Masters Degree of Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Manitoba, and is trained in Lean Six Sigma.
Prior to TSS, Stevyn held leadership positions with the Global Transportation Hub and the Ministry of Economy, and previously worked in the private sector with Agrium (now Nutrien) and Viterra.

Kyla Clincke is a Senior Waste Management Coordinator with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment in the Waste Stewardship and Recycling Unit. Kyla oversees several Stewardship Programs for the ministry as well as contributes in policy and regulatory development for new or amended waste reduction programs. Kyla has a long history of involvement in Saskatchewan’s management scene and enjoys the continued challenge to better waste reduction in Saskatchewan.

Andrea Fedorchuk is a n Environmental Protection Officer for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment in the Landfills section. As an Environmental Protection Officer, Andrea oversees the compliance of municipal, private and regional waste disposal grounds in Saskatchewan, is responsible for policy and regulations pertaining to waste disposal grounds, and assisting in the implementation of the Solid Waste Management Strategy.
Prior to her role with the Ministry of Environment, Andrea worked in the consulting and industry sectors.
