Maria specializes in diversion of paper, wood, packaging, organics and electronics through financing, collection and policy changes. She recently carried out a market assessment for wood and biomass in southern Ontario, and is currently working on a paper markets study, exploring financing options for Region of Niagara and financial modelling of the electronics recycling system in Alberta.
