Noelle Chorney is the owner of Tall Order Communications, a Saskatchewan farm kid, and a food writer, blogger and judge, and has been the leader of Slow Food Saskatoon, Saskatchewan's first (and currently only) Slow Food Convivium since 2015. Food is her favourite topic to think about, talk about, write about and she loves growing it, cooking it, eating it and sharing it. Considering her passion, she is a good fit with the Slow Food movement's existence in 'that magical place between joy and justice.'

Tim Corcoran is the Vice President of Business Development for Molok North America Ltd. Holding leadership positions for more than 25 years, Mr. Corcoran has extensive experience working with municipalities, architects, developers and property managers. Through his experience Mr. Corcoran provides responsible solutions to waste and recycling containment, with an emphasis on seeking solutions that increase operational efficiencies while improving diversion rates, all while reducing the environmental impact of waste and recycling collection.
